Abstract. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Pesantren Nurul Haq Semurup. is a qualitative research. The data sources come from ustadz santri Semurup, scientific articles related written documents. Collecting using observation, interviews, documentation. To data, researchers uses stages reducing presenting verifying or concluding. results show that strength Semurup lies in development Islamic education, general science, life Skills, strategic location pesantren, affordable education costs, attached pesantren label. weaknesses include fact Arabic lessons do not have right teachers, there are no special unique characteristics they yellow book directly, standard books students must master regarding tafaqquh fiddin. high public interest learning Islam independence children opportunities for respond well. Meanwhile, threat comes if it persists state where dominant skill as hallmark get after studying at this Pesantren.
